Paid Services & Subscriptions

Some parts of our Services (such as Kindest Plus) are available via in-app purchases or premium subscriptions distributed through the Apple App Store.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time within your Apple App Store account settings. More information regarding Apple's cancellation policy is available on Apple's support portal. In general, subscription fees are non-refundable through LukyLab and are governed by Apple's terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

LukyLab provides the Website and the Service “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, regarding the Website and the Service including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, security, accuracy, and non-infringement.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and the European Union. Both you and LukyLab agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Prague, Czech Republic.
